Mercury Network 3.0 - October 6, 2021 Update

This update contains enhancements throughout the platform. See the blog post.

Issue Resolutions

Improved experience when building a fee panel

One of Mercury Network's core strengths is the incredible network of appraisers providing exceptional nationwide coverage, even in rural areas. The intuitive Build fee panel tool helps you select appraisers from ~30k appraisers already on Mercury Network or import your own list into the fee panel using an XLSX or CSV file. Either way, you can get your appraisal operations up and running or expand to new areas quickly.

In this update, we fixed an error message you may have seen when importing appraisers or choosing candidates from the Mercury Network panel.

Issues resolved when users manage their profile

In Mercury Network, every team member can have their own profile that's tailored to their role in the origination process. This is accomplished by configuring permissions that govern their access to orders and settings throughout the platform as well as providing targeted notifications to stay up to date while reducing "noise." Combined with the ability to customize their pipeline view, this empowers each user on your staff to execute their workflow confidently and efficiently.

This release resolves an issue that sometimes prevented portions of the interface from appearing when a user managed their profile in the Users view.

Eliminated error messages when viewing appraiser statistics

Performance statistics are a powerful tool for lenders and appraisers in Mercury Network. The platform offers client-specific stats for appraisers, including the percentage of orders that were accepted, declined, or allowed to expire. There is other important information available, such as the percentage of orders delivered on time and how many revisions were required. This data is available in several levels of detail such as a product and county level as well as time frames ranging from the previous 30 days to the last 18 months.

In this release, we resolved a couple of issues lenders and appraisers may have seen when viewing statistics. For lenders, you may have seen an error when trying to export an XLSX or PDF file containing a specific appraiser's statistics. For appraisers, an error message may have appeared when viewing their own statistics for specific clients.

Resolved an issue for orders involving a lender, AMC, and appraiser

Lenders, AMCs, and appraisers can use Mercury Network to work together in an orchestrated process that automates order assignment and keeps all stakeholders up to date about order status. This is made possible by creating Client Groups that contain settings which govern every detail of vendor selection, automated document attachments, disclosure tracking, and much more to provide a comprehensive configuration of the platform's powerful automation capabilities.

This update resolves an issue that, in rare cases, prevented the appraiser from receiving the order that was assigned to them.
