On June 30th, 2015, Mercury Network is introducing some changes to our End User License Agreement (EULA) in order to better protect all parties involved. The updated EULA will take effect on that date. Continued use of the software indicates your agreement to these changes. Below are the details of what's coming.

Section 5.1 Information Rights
We no longer reserve the right to share your data if we determine it’s necessary to protect our or our users’ rights or safety.
Section 14 Disclaimer of Warranties
We no longer disclaim implied warranties regarding any action in tort whether or not arising from our negligence.
Section 16 Indemnity
We no longer disclaim liability for any “direct” damages.
Section 17 Release
You release us except for claims for which we have agreed to provide indemnity.
