On March 29, 2018, Mercury Network is introducing changes to our Vendor End User License Agreement (EULA) to allow additional payment methods beyond credit credit cards. The updated EULA will take effect on that date. Continued use of the software indicates your agreement to these changes. Below are the details of what's coming. Section 2 - Transaction Fees
References to credit card are being changed to credit card, checking account or savings account in order to reflect additional accepted payment methods.
Section 2.2 - Credit Card Processing
The "Credit Card Processing" Section will be renamed "Transaction Fee Processing." The reference to credit card is being expanded to credit card, checking account or savings account.
