Mercury Network 3.0 - April 8, 2021 Update

New Features

With this release, you have the option to mask either the borrower name or the loan number when that information appears together in an email. The default setting will mask the borrower name, leaving the complete loan number visible. However, you can change this by going to Mercury Network's Account view, where you'll find a drop-down menu in the Security section where you can select Mask Loan #. This will affect notifications on or after April 21, 2021. You can read more about this feature and see examples of the way masking will work here.
As part of this initiative, we corrected instances where the Reference Number was incorrectly labeled as the Lender Case # in some email notifications. Going forward, the Reference Number will be labeled as such.

We've corrected instances where the RealView Report and RealView Summary Report were synced to the VMP Client despite settings to the contrary. Going forward, these reports will only be synced to the VMP Client based on your settings in Status Mapping Configuration.
