How do I get set up to submit to UCDP inside Mercury Network?

In order to submit appraisals to UCDP from Mercury Network, there are three steps to complete. These must be completed in the correct order, and this process can take anywhere from 3 days to a few weeks.

The first two steps of the process are completed directly with the GSEs. If you have problems while completing the UCDP registration or requesting your Direct Integration User ID, it's best to call the UCDP hotline at 1-800-917-9291.

Here are the steps in the order they must be completed, along with instructions for each:

1. Register for UCDP.
   This step creates your UCDP User ID as well as your authorization with the GSE(s). You must complete the steps and log into UCDP before you move on to the next step.

2. Request a Direct Integration User ID. This step allows you to use Mercury Network's direct integration to submit to UCDP. You can complete this step after you've registered for and logged into UCDP.
