Use QuickLists to reduce repetitive typing by quickly selecting commonly used
text from customizable lists. QuickLists are available in fields
throughout Mercury Network, and are accessible when the QuickList
icon ( 
) appears on the upper right of a
field when you move your cursor over any part of the field.
QuickLists are specific to each field, so you don't have to scroll through several pages of text to find the entries you're looking for. You can add names, words, addresses — even several paragraphs of information if you need to. Each item receives its own description, or Short Name, so you can easily identify the one you need.
And of course, you can add new items, edit existing ones, or remove them at any time.
