Toolbar icons

  
     

Four functions are available on the toolbar below your orders list.  From here you can Refresh your orders, contact Support for help with any problems or questions, check user information and sign out from the Account popover, or access Mercury Mobile's Settings:

 

Mercury Mobile Toolbar

 

Refresh Icon Refresh:

Refreshes the list of orders currently displayed in Mercury Mobile.  You can also tap and drag downward on your list of orders to refresh it.

Contact Support Icon Support:

Opens a support request form that allows you to send your questions directly to our Client Relations team.  A Client Relations representative will be in touch with you within 15 minutes of receiving the request.
You can also find the number for Tech Support on the lower left, and a link to our blog www.workflowgeeks.com on the lower right.

User Icon Account:

Displays the account you're currently logged in to, and allows you to sign out of the current account, or send us your feedback on Mercury Mobile.

Settings Icon Settings:

Opens Mercury Mobile's Settings screen.
