Four functions are available on the toolbar at the bottom of the
screen. From here you can refresh your orders, contact support for help
with any problems or questions, check user information and sign out from the
account popover, or access Mercury Mobile's Settings:
- Refresh:
- This refreshes the list of orders currently displayed in Mercury
Mobile. You can also tap and drag down the list of status folders or
your list of orders to refresh it.
- Support:
- This opens a support request form that allows you to send your questions
directly to our Client Relations team. A Client Relations representative
will be in touch with you within 15 minutes of receiving the request.
You can also find the number for Tech Support on the lower left of the support
request form, and a link to our blog http://www.workflowgeeks.com on the lower right.
- Account:
- This displays the account you're currently signed in to, and allows you to
sign out of the current account, or send us feedback about Mercury Mobile.
- Settings:
- This opens Mercury Mobile's Settings
screen.
