When a commercial appraisal order you have received from a client has been issued for bid, you have the option of forwarding submitted bids to your client for review and selection. This step is optional and the vendor names will be obscured from the client (Appraiser #1, Appraiser #2). You may add a general note and any bid specific notes selected to share with the client will be visible by the client. Click here to see how to add notes. Additionally, if you have ranked the appraiser bids, the client will see your provided rankings.
Note: When your client provides their response, you will receive both an e-mail notification and a log entry in the order history.
