Open a vendor's profile to view additional information.
Click Ratings to view the full list of compiled ratings for your vendor that have been calculated from their performance history. The Ratings selected in Vendor Selection Settings are grouped together and listed by their importance to you at the top. The bottom group of ratings are the ratings chosen not to be considered in Vendor Selection Settings:
- Acceptance Percentage - This is percentage of orders that
have been accepted by the vendor.
This item does not apply to AMCs because they auto-accept your orders. - Expiration Percentage - This is the percentage of orders
that the vendor did not allow to expire.
This item does not apply to AMCs because they auto-accept your orders. - On Time Percentage - The percentage of orders that have been completed by the vendor on time.
- Professionalism Rating - This is a rating of the vendor's professionalism per assignment. This rating comes from your staff's experience with the vendor.
- Proximity to Subject Rating - This is based on the
vendor's location in relation to the subject property address.
This item does not apply to AMCs because their coverage areas span entire states. - Quality Rating - This rates the quality of the vendor's work on a per-assignment basis. This comes from your staff's experience with the vendor.
- Revision turn time - This rates the time it takes for the vendor to return a revised assignment.
- Rework Percentage - The percentage of orders that require revisions.
- Turn Time - This is the average number of days between order acceptance and completion.
