Whenever you are viewing a list of vendors, such as in your fee panel or when
selecting a vendor for an order, click the vendor profile icon 
, the
staff vendor profile icon 
, the
supervisor appraiser icon 
, or the
staff supervisor appraiser icon 
to open
the vendor profile window. There you'll find details about that vendor, see
statistics on their performance, and and you can add custom notes and documents,
as well as mark staff vendors, control capacity, and prioritize them.
