Mark Order Complete and Upload the Report

If you've ordered an appraisal in Mercury Network but received the report outside Mercury Network, you'll be able to upload the completed report.  This allows you to continue to manage the appraisal order just as you would've if the appraiser had delivered the report using Mercury Network.

Here's how to mark an order complete and upload the report:

1. Log into Mercury Network.
2. In the Orders view, double-click the order you intend to mark complete.
3. Click Set Status, then select Mark as complete.

   

4. If you've already received the appraisal (for example, if it was delivered via DataCourier and you downloaded the MISMO XML file) you can upload the MISMO XML file using this window.  Click Upload, and select the file from your PC.  The upload will start immediately.
5. Add a note, then click OK.

That's all there is to it.  Now you can work with the report as you would with any other report you've received via Mercury Network.
